Who would have thought that the almighty perfect Megan Fox is not so perfect after all? Before the surgery, she looked average I would say (from the pictures I saw at least. Everyone is in love how beautiful she is like a new Angelina Jolie. But Megan's lips follow up with Angelina? I don't think so. This broad had some work done on her lips so that it's fuller. Another plastic surgery was done when she had a nose job (which was totally obvious). The picture shown was her before plastic surgery. I also heard that she has a toe thumb, which is freaking gross. haha don't get me wrong I think she's hott, but she's getting too much media. "Honestly, I have to say that Megan Fox has visited a talented plastic surgeon. She looks great! Although, only time will tell what Megan will end up looking like in a few years. Unfortunately lip injections like Megan has received, fade out over time and patients tend to get more and more with each treatment.
